Position title
SEO Specialist/LinkedIn Account Manager

Responsible for planning, implementing and managing the company's overall SEO strategy. They usually cover a wide variety of duties such as web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planning, link building, managing the Linked In profile and reaching out to clients and prospects via Linked In. SEO Manager goal will be to ensure that content is search-engine friendly and optimized to increase our company’s profitability.


Plan, develop and implement successful SEO strategy:

• Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance
• Manage the Linked In account of the company and get leads
• Link prospecting for potential link opportunities
• Engage our community with LinkedIn Events
• Maximize the use of Features for Small Businesses on LinkedIn
• Set goals for the Digital Marketing and continuously improve our Social Media Accounts
• Work towards organic search optimization
• Regularly perform thorough keywords research
• Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
• Identify our buyer persona to better target identified audiences
• Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
• Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices
• Conduct keyword research to guide content teams
• Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes
• Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
• Direct off-page optimization projects (e.g. link-building)
• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects
• Handles social media team to optimize campaigns
• Keep abreast of SEO and integrated marketing trends
• Effectively document business processes and report transparently to Management


• Proven experience as SEO Manager
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Experience with SEO reporting
• In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
• Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. Conductor, Screaming Frog, MOZ) and web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Excellent communication skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
